Time to go ahead, you’ll set a personal intention—something you want to invite in or release during your session.
You’ll then be guided through a soft meditation to quiet the mind and deepen relaxation, helping you feel centered and at ease.
From there, you’ll receive a sound healing journey with soothing bowl frequencies, allowing the sound to support calm, balance, and restoration while you rest comfortably.
We’ll close with a gentle return to awareness, giving you a moment to integrate before stepping back into your day.
